Final weigh in..

Today was my last day of the 6-week weight loss challenge. Lost 10.5 pounds. I also cut my mile run down from 10 minutes to 8:55. I still have a ways to go to get back to pre-babies weight, but I'm pretty happy with these results!

    Great job! Are you going to do another challenge or just try and do it in an unstructured way?

    I'm trying a halfway approach; no official rules that I have to follow, but I have some vague guidelines I try to stick to (stay away from snacking; work out, preferably 5 times a week; eat a varied diet and reasonable portions). I don't want to scare myself away from getting healthy, but I have to have some behaviors to aspire to!

    I'm going to sign up for the next 6-week challenge in January. It really gave me the structure and kick in the pants I needed to get going. In between now and then, I plan to go to a more moderate schedule of working out 3-4 times a week, and just keep trying to eat better.
