Yep. I eat out too much. I can't help it on Mondays and Wednesdays, mostly because I spend the entire day on the opposite side of town from home, but I could do better on other days, I suppose.

When I gave up eating lunches in restaurants, that's how I dropped about 10 of the 40 pounds. I'll have to think of something else now, but knowing that challenging yourself on giving up one thing might dovetail into reaching other-than-money goals.

I don't eat out much, but when I do, I make sure to order something that I have zero chance of cooking at home. I love to cook and can make nearly anything, but my favorite meal at a local restaurant is an enchilada with mole sauce. This little place makes its own mole and it is heavenly! Probably not a lot of wonderful Mexican food where you are, though...
