Officially in contract

Well, papers are signed, hubby has come around, and we are officially in contract, one week to the day we listed the house for sale. A small miracle. Now please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE all of you keeps us in your prayers and hope we make it to closing!

    Real estate is mostly luck. The right person just happened to be looking, and happened to stumble upon our house. I'm praying for closing!
